Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Architectural Designer role based in Glenwood Springs, CO. The Architectural Designer will support the planning, design, and development of architectural projects while working under the guidance of licensed architects and senior design professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design layouts, researching building materials and architectural systems, assisting with project documentation, and compiling information for project development and coordination.
The Architectural Designer will contribute to a variety of project types, ranging from small-scale assignments to selected components of larger, more complex projects. Additional responsibilities include assisting with site analysis, creating presentation materials, supporting design development, and collaborating with project teams to help ensure project goals, timelines, and design standards are achieved. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all phases of the architectural process while developing technical, creative, and professional skills in a collaborative studio environment.
Qualifications
NAAB-Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture
<1 Year Applied Professional Experience

Entry-Level Interior Designer

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Interior Designer role based in Glenwood Springs, CO. The Interior Designer will support the development of creative and functional interior design solutions while collaborating closely with mid- and senior-level designers on a variety of project types. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and selecting finishes, materials, furnishings, and interior products; assisting with design presentations and finish boards; conducting site surveys and field documentation; and supporting project teams through design development and coordination.
The Interior Designer will help prepare presentation materials, maintain design resources and product libraries, and assist with routine project documentation and verification tasks. Additional responsibilities include learning and applying computer-aided drafting and presentation software, supporting business development initiatives, and gaining exposure to interior design specifications, calculations, and industry standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an emerging designer to build technical knowledge, develop creative problem-solving skills, and grow within a collaborative and design-focused studio environment.

Interior Designer Level I

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Glenwood Springs, CO. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and functional interior design solutions for a variety of project types while collaborating closely with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design process. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating interior architectural concepts, space planning, furniture and equipment selection, finish and material coordination, and integrating visual, structural, mechanical, and electrical design elements into cohesive interior environments.
The Interior Designer will perform floor plan analysis, evaluate building conditions, and contribute to the development of creative design strategies that enhance both functionality and user experience. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations and design documentation, coordinating with construction teams through key phases of project delivery, and supporting the implementation of new or improved design techniques and solutions. The role also involves collaborating with senior-level designers on more complex projects while helping ensure design quality, project consistency, and successful execution from concept through construction coordination.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives, developing materials, coordinating events, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing presentations, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, and overseeing project timelines to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively convey ideas, draft marketing materials, and engage with stakeholders
Experience in Event Planning and Sales, including organizing promotional events and supporting client engagement strategies
Proficiency in Project Management to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and manage marketing activities efficiently
