Entry-Level Architectural Designer

  • We’re looking for an entry-level architectural designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, design-focused, and ready to contribute to a collaborative studio environment. You’ll support our architects and interior designers on high-end residential and multi-family projects—helping bring creative ideas to life through drawings, models, and thoughtful detailing.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist with design development, drafting, and documentation through all project phases

    • Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details

    • Support MEP coordination and code/ADA compliance

    • Help produce renderings, diagrams, and presentation materials

    • Contribute to research on materials, systems, and design precedents

    • Participate in internal design reviews and project meetings

    • Support consultants, vendors, and client communications as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

    • Experience drafting in Archicad (2+ years preferred)

    • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail

    • Familiarity with construction documentation and drawing standards

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Interest in interiors, materials, and spatial design

    • Knowledge of codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes is a plus

Entry-Level Interior Designer

  • We’re seeking an Interior Design Assistant to support our team in the development and execution of elevated interior design solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about materials, detail-oriented, and eager to grow alongside experienced designers in a collaborative studio environment.

    What You’ll Do
    • Assist senior designers with design concepts and material selections
    • Research and source colors, finishes, and interior products
    • Support design presentations through finish boards, sample coordination, and PowerPoint slides
    • Perform site surveys and assist with documentation
    • Maintain resource libraries and material samples
    • Learn and apply interior design standards, specs, and software tools
    • Gain exposure to ArchiCAD drafting, presentation tools, and project documentation
    • Conduct verification tasks and assist with checking drawings for accuracy

    What We’re Looking For
    • 0–3 years of professional interior design experience
    • Familiarity with material selection and design research
    • Willingness to learn design software and standards
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Curious, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced design studio

Interior Designer Level I

  • We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer to take the lead on developing architectural concepts and guiding interiors projects from early design through construction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision, technical proficiency, and a passion for thoughtful, high-performance spaces.

    What You’ll Do
    • Generate interior design concepts, including spatial planning, furniture layouts, finishes, and equipment coordination
    • Analyze floor plans, site conditions, and integrated building systems
    • Develop visual and architectural design strategies that align with project goals
    • Collaborate with senior designers on complex design challenges
    • Carry design through to mid-construction, then support project handoff and follow-up with the construction team
    • Innovate and refine design techniques and processes

    What We’re Looking For
    • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (required)
    • 3+ years of professional interior design experience
    • Strong space planning and conceptual design skills
    • Experience coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
    • Proficiency in interior detailing and design documentation
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead portions of a project
    • Licensed or on the path to certification (NCIDQ preferred)professional is preferred but not required.
